Log out of your Mobile Ignite account on your device, exit the game and kill the process completely. (You may want to reboot your device.)
** IMPORTANT: Do NOT log back into your account until Step 4. ** - Try logging in your friend's Mobile Ignite account on his device.
- Verify that you can access your friend's Immortalis character on his device.
- On your device, relaunch the game, log in with your Mobile Ignite account.
- Verify that you can access your Immortalis character on your device.
- Your Immortalis username
- Your Ignite account name
- Details of the issue you are experiencing
